Booking, Alignment, and Cancellation Policy
THE INITIATION (Booking)
Your journey begins the moment the exchange is made. Booking a session at Aakashic Cosmic Healing is a commitment to your own evolution. When you reserve a space in the Master Schedule, that time is energetically held for your recalibration and is no longer available to the global collective.
Confirmation: Your session is only officially secured once the full exchange (payment) is received and you receive the "Initiation Confirmed" email.
Preparation: For THT and Deep Immersions, you must complete the Sovereign Preparation Guide at least 24 hours before our start time.
THE 48-HOUR ALIGNMENT (Rescheduling)
Timeline Policy & The Outcome
More than 48 Hours - One-time Reschedule - Your credit is moved to a new date.
Less than 48 Hours - Late Change - 50% of the session fee is forfeited.
No-Show / 15+ Mins - Late Forfeiture Session is canceled; no refund or credit.
One-Time Courtesy: We allow one reschedule per booking if requested outside the 48-hour window. Subsequent changes to the same booking will incur a ₹5,000 / $75 administration fee.

THE TECHNICAL SANCTUARY
Since our work is deep and often involves hypnosis please make sure;

The Wired Requirement: For all deep immersions, wired over the head headphones are mandatory. If you arrive with wireless headphones that fail, the session time lost is your responsibility.

The Sacred Space: If you are in a public space, driving, or in an environment where you are interrupted, the session will be terminated immediately for your safety. No refund will be issued.
THE "FORCE MAJEURE" CLAUSE
In the rare event that Teja Priyadarshini must reschedule due to an emergency or an energetic misalignment, you will be notified immediately. Your session will be prioritized for the next available slot, or a full refund for that specific session will be provided. Your sovereignty and progress are our primary focus.
