Cancellation Policy

To make a booking, click on the 'Check Eligibility' or 'Check Availability' button on the service pages. Once you get in touch with the practitioner, a date & time will be set and a booking will be sent to your email id. Once the payment is made upon receiving the booking email, your booking will be confirmed. Failure to do so may result in loss of your time slot. If you have booked a Service and want to cancel, you can do so by calling the practitioner 48 hours before the session and a full refund will be made. If you cancel before 24 hours then you will have to pay a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount. The rest of the amount will be refunded back to you within 5-7 working days. If you have booked a Group Workshop and want to cancel, you may do so 48 hours before the session. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee 50% of the amount charged. If there are not enough participants and the class has been cancelled, then you will be refunded in full.
